Why the class 2 registration matters
Since the Design and Building Practitioners Act, building work on class 2 buildings in NSW has to be carried out by a registered practitioner who signs compliance declarations. Vertex holds that registration.

The company carries out remedial and common property building work on strata schemes across Sydney, including concrete spalling repair, waterproofing, facade restoration, lintel and flashing replacement, and planter box membranes. Public records show repeat engagements on the same buildings over several years in Chippendale, Bondi Junction, Mount Druitt and Bankstown, as well as common property works on George Street in the Sydney CBD.
