How we are built
A core team of licensed builders and multi-skilled tradespeople, a supervisor on every job, and a database of about 300 vetted contractors for the trades we do not carry in-house. We keep building consultants and structural engineers close for the jobs that need a report before a repair.
We are a Sydney office but we take work across the Central Coast, the Hunter and, for insurance clients, further into regional NSW. Every job runs to the same written scope, fixed quote and single point of contact.

Tell us what you need
A short form or a phone call. If it is urgent, say so and we treat it as urgent.
We look before we quote
A licensed builder inspects, photographs and asks the questions that change the price later if nobody asks them now.
A written scope and a fixed quote
Itemised, with inclusions and exclusions spelt out. Warranty terms are in writing before any deposit.
One point of contact through the work
Our own trades where it matters, vetted contractors where it makes sense, and a supervisor who answers the phone.
Completion, certificates and warranty
Home building compensation cover on every eligible residential job, and a defects period we honour.
