A multi-dwelling build is a logistics problem before it is a building problem. Ten slabs, ten frames, ten sets of services and ten handovers, sequenced so the trades never stand idle and the street never stops. Each dwelling carries its own home building compensation certificate, which is why this project appears ten times on the NSW public register.
