Vertex Constructions carries out renovations and extensions across Sydney under NSW contractor licence 230536C. Work includes second-storey additions, rear and side extensions, kitchen and bathroom renovations, structural alterations such as removing load-bearing walls, and whole-house refurbishments. Every residential job over the statutory threshold is covered by home building compensation insurance taken out in the owner's name, and the company's certificates are visible on the NSW public register. Quotes are fixed-price against a written scope, with inclusions and exclusions itemised. Vertex has traded continuously since 2007 and is a member of the Master Builders Association and the Housing Industry Association. Site visits are carried out by a licensed builder, not a salesperson.
