Vertex Constructions provides programmed and reactive building maintenance to commercial, education and government clients across Sydney, the Central Coast and the Hunter. The company states that its staff have scoped, inspected and delivered more than 40,000 facilities maintenance tasks since 2002, and current clients include Catholic and public schools, childcare centres and Roads and Maritime Services. Work is delivered under NSW contractor licence 230536C with CM3 accreditation and ASSA workplace compliance systems, using in-house trades supported by a database of about 300 vetted contractors. Services span carpentry, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, roofing, painting, floor coverings, office fit-outs and grounds. Engagement is by programmed preventative schedule, quoted works or defined projects, with a 24-hour on-call team for urgent repairs.
